FOR SALE - OR - LEASE
(on or off property)

This is the horse that constantly gets mistaken for a warmblood.

Adult Ammy friendly, or even for a horse-savvy teen. I wouldn’t call her a beginner-beginner’s horse, she's currently too "tuned up" for a beginner and has quite a bit of power when asked. Currently happy barefoot, stands for the vet, farrier, massage, chiro, dentist, body clipping. Kate enjoys having a job and loves dressage, she’s been lightly jumped and recently enjoyed free jumping!

She’s soft in the face, responds to seat aids, forward but not scary, she’s just an absolute dream boat to ride. She has a lead change, and will happily give it to you.
Kate shows up to work and will try her heart out for her human. She’s truly the reason that there are “mare people”.

She was my personal horse which means she spent some time on the back burner and has had a pretty easy life. This also means she is not in the best shape of her life so her canter transitions could use some work. Her price reflects this (and I've been told to price her higher still). She’s been a good horse to me, and there will definitely be tears when she moves on to her new home but I know she will make someone else incredibly happy.

Kate recently went to her first show and got right on the trailer (as usual) and handled the warm-up arena, standing at the trailer, energy of the show grounds and show ring well.

So if you’re a mare person and you’re looking for your next best friend. Kate just might be the one!

13yo. 11hh pony

This is the pony you want your kid to be on out on the trails with.
He will also happily take a jump, and even does leadline.
At one point he did drive, however he hasn't had the opportunity to do that here with us,

"Teddy" - No Time To Yawn
15.3hh - OTTB - Gelding

8 years old - April 1, 2017
Chestnut with chrome! (And a big kissable blaze!)
Loves to jump - Brave - Kind - Green
My 8 year old human child can lead him around and even takes him out to the field for turnout with me, walking past grass and other horses in the field.
Teddy is brave, forward and loves to JUMP! He wants to please, and loves people! Teddy stands for the farrier, vet, bath time, etc.
Teddy is as in your pocket as they come, hence his name: Teddy! He is happy to snuggle and cuddle and follow you around like the good boy he is.
Out in the field he is low on the totem pole with the big horses, he has also been turned out with ponies and mini horses and doesn't bother them.

When Teddy came to us he was very underweight and had skin funk. He has had down time to hang out, gain weight, and just be a pet. He lunges like a good boy, is eager to please and wants to do good. He LOVES to jump! He's brave and fun! He's been ridden in the indoor arena, outdoor arena, out in the grass hack field, we even hauled him out to another arena and he acted the same way he does at home, perfect on the trailer and lunged like a champ.
Teddy is smart. He will do anything for a cookie and even more anything to be told he's a good boy.

UTD Coggins, teeth and hooves (barefoot)

Teddy has so many good qualities, but here's the negatives:
- He's squirrely at the mounting block unless someone is holding him.

-He could still use a few more pounds/muscle. I think when he gains more muscle he will fill out nicely.
- He has not been in a consistent program, however we are bringing him into our training program October 1st

- If you're looking for a kick ride, he's not the guy!

Hauling can be arranged.

If you are window shopping, please keep window shopping, if you are seriously interested, text me and let's chat 610-890-5903

$4,000 with wiggle room for an uncomplicated departure to a good human.
With training price will increase.

10 year old Paint

Coming Soon... F
10 year old Paint. Has been used as a lesson horse and is now looking for a family or person of his own. He is the all around horse that everyone is always looking for.
This horse has done dressage, hunter jumper, western, trail rides, he's gone to local shows. He's a true all around guy. And he sure is easy to look at.

"Lady May"

This is the horse everyone is always asking for.
A teen working with a professional or an Adult Ammy could certainly bring this horse along. She's green, not mean. She tries every time, whether it's with ground work or under saddle without any funny business.
